So with a wedding in August next year for my best friend, I decided as of December 1st I am doing a 28 Day Jumpstart Challenge by Fit Girls. I've been wanting to get fit, but with wedding stuff from this past year and living in 110 degrees most of the time.(I know excuses don't mean jack) I just had not had the motivation, plus the fact I don't want to spend money toward a Gym membership either. I have noticed with smaller towns and towns that don't have a lot of people who workout, the gyms are priced more, and never have any deals. I use to go to 24 Hour Fitness when I lived in San Diego and payed about $24.99 a month and skipped the enrollment fee. Now it's about $100 enrollment fee at about $49.00 a month. YUCK! So with the nice weather, finally, I can now run outside and do other activities outdoors, which is what I like the best.
